How long it will take to receive my order?

Usually between 9 and 17 days from the shipment confirmation.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, so there is no need for you to worry. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. If you are not satisfied with you purchase, contact us and we will find the most suitable option.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. At this time, we do not accept cash, checks or money orders.

Where is my order and how can if track it?

You can track your order using the tracking link we sent you in the shipping confirmation email. You should receive a shipment confirmation email in 1 or 3 business days after your order was placed. If you have not received it, please contact us and we will assist you. ( Please check all your email inboxes before, including spam).

I received my tracking number but it was not found in the system.

Sometimes it can take a couple of days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier's system. Don't worry, in this case, it means the order has been dispatched and it's on its way to you!

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order is not yet processed and shipped we will help you correct it, but we cannot guarantee anything.

Which days do you ship?

We ship from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot ship during the weekend.

Is the pillow machine washable?

The DailyCushion has a removable cloth, which is machine washable. Do not wash the memory foam inside the removable material!

What are the dimensions of the DailyCushion?

The DailyCushion is roughly 18 X 15.5 X 4.5 inches. It is optimal for most body sizes
